Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely package your belt.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we will track the shipment as it makes its way back to our workshop.
Fast Processing
After our team inspects the returned item, we will issue your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 3-5 business days.
